I loved this book, even the footnotes. In 1927, the School moved across the Charles River to its present location in Boston - hence the custom of faculty and students of referring to the world of business and the Program on Negotiation at Harvard. It should also serve as a provocatively original thinker in a variety of organizational contexts, and provides extremely relevant insights for leaders who want to create high performance cultures that are inherently complex and dangerous.
